Shipping Hours

The All American Roughneck Shipping Department ships Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm EST, excluding U.S. holidays.

Shipping Confirmation/Tracking Emails

All American Roughneck will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping, excluding holidays. The shipping department makes every effort to fulfill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. After your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the mail carrier to update your tracking information.

Shipping

All final costs will be stated before completion of checkout. This includes item costs, shipping rates, and sales tax. If you reside outside of the United States your final cost at checkout will include your import fees, customs, duties, or value added taxes (VAT) by default. The company does not have control over these fees (or extra fees) and is not responsible for setting the price.

Shipping rates will be based upon delivery distance and weight of package being shipped. Please note that all orders are subject to sales tax based on the state the order is being shipped to.

Shipping Confirmation/Tracking Emails During Black Friday, the Holiday Season and Releases

All American Roughneck will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. The shipping department makes every effort to fulfill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible with extended hours during these times. Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. After your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the mail carrier to update this information.

Shipping on All American Roughneck Merchandise and Attire

The All American Roughneck attire can be shipped both domestically and internationally. They also ship to both APO/FPO military addresses and PO Boxes. 

For domestic and international purchases please be aware that inclement weather, and shipping delays may affect your delivery times. 

If you are ordering internationally, please be aware that customs may delay your package.

All American Roughneck has implemented package protection which is a shipping insurance  that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. As a customer you are able to opt in or out of the package protection option at checkout. Should you choose package protection and have a shipping issue, please notify the All American Roughneck Support Team.

If you choose to opt out of package protection, All American Roughneck is not responsible for shipping issues once your order leaves the All American Roughneck warehouse and is in the possession of the mail carrier. If a package is lost, damaged, stolen, or an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer then the All American Roughneck Company is not responsible for refunding or replacing those items. Before reaching out to Customer Support, please file any lost or damaged claims with the responsible mail carrier.
