RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All American Roughneck Return and Refund Policy

Customer Service:

  • ●  When submitting a return request, please provide the following:

    • ○  Order Number

    • ○  Items being returned

    • ○  Returning for a refund or gift card code

  • ●  If there is an issue with your order, please contact customer service and provide the following:

    • ○  Order number

    • ○  Reason for contact

    • ○  Photos of the items and inventory slip

Return Policy:
  • ●  All American Roughneck returns are eligible for a Refund or Gift Card Code only (no exchanges).

  • ●  Since the company is a limited release, we suggest placing a new order and purchasing the item(s) you would like before they go out of stock.

  • ●  All items must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) attached, and in their original packaging.

  • ●  Items with strong odors or smells such as smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, or marks such as deodorant stains, etc., will not be accepted.

  • ●  Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the ship date. This includes initiating the return process with the Support Team and returning the product(s) to the All American Roughneck Warehouse.

  • ●  Please note that All American Roughneck will NOT provide a prepaid return shipping label. You will be responsible for shipping charges for your return.

  • ●  You will be provided with an RMA number and where to ship your return. This number should be included in your return.

  • ●  Once your return is in the mail, please notify customer service and provide the tracking information to help with the return process.

  • ●  All returns are subject to refusal.

  • ●  If the support team is not notified of a problem with your order within the return

    policy terms, then a refund or gift card code will not be given. This includes but is

not limited to failure to receive a product, damage to the product, and/or receipt of an incorrect item.

International Orders:

  • ●  All American Roughneck CANNOT provide returns on International Orders.

  • ●  If there is an issue with your order, please contact customer service.

Gift Cards:
    • ●  Gift Cards CANNOT be returned or refunded.

    • ●  Please note this is not a physical card. Gift cards are electronically sent by email.

      Issuing a Refund or Gift Card Code:

    • ●  Once your return is received and approved, customer service will contact you and provide the refund information or Gift Card Code.

    • ●  If receiving a Refund:

      • ○  Your refund will be made to your original form of payment

      • ○  Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process

      • ○  All refunds will be provided in U.S. dollars (USD)

    • ●  If receiving a Gift Card Code:

    ○ You will be provided with a Gift Card Code with the dollar amount

    associated with the gift card code to be used on future All American Roughneck Orders.

    Last Chance Deals:

    ● All items that are marked or listed in the “Last Chance Deals” section of the website fall under the “All Sales Final” category, meaning that there will be NO returns on these items.

    Promotional/Giveaway Items:

    • ●  All free promotional items (s) are while supplies last.

    • ●  Items cannot be altered, replaced, or exchanged.

    • ●  To qualify for a free promotional item(s) you must meet the required amount after a discount code has been applied but before shipping, handling, and taxes.
